Negative pressure weighing hood provide containment by utilizing high velocity air to capture air borne dust particles. Control exposure risk to hazardous materials for a wide variety of equipment and processes. Protecting the operator during sensitive tasks, this complied with GMP practices.
Applications: Negative pressure weighing hood subdivision of powder of liquids, charging and offloading materials to reactors, fluid bed dryers, granulators, filter dryers, glass ware skids in cleanrooms and so on.

The weighing chamber (hood) is a dedicated local purification device for pharmaceutical, microbiological, and scientific experiments, which provides a vertical unidirectional airflow. Part of the clean air is circulated in the work area and partially discharged to the nearby area, causing negative pressure in the work area. Dust and reagents are weighed and dispensed in the equipment to control dust and reagent spillage and increase, prevent dust and reagents from inhaling harm to the human body, prevent cross contamination of dust and reagents, and protect the external environment and the safety of indoor personnel.
1). The weighing hood is made of SUS 304 stainless steel plate;
2). Top configuration tank HEPA air filter;
3). At the bottom of the weighing chamber, configure the primary and middle efficiency air filter;
4). Weigh the top of the chamber and configure a uniform flow membrane to make the wind blow evenly.
5). Internal configuration high power low noise centrifugal fan;
6). The weighing chamber is equipped with two differential pressure gauges for monitoring the pressure difference of the intermediate efficiency air filter/the pressure difference of the high efficiency air filter;
7). The weighing room is equipped with a lifting table;
8). The overall structure of the weighing chamber is split type, which can be assembled on site;
