1. GMP Laminar air flow hood description

The laminar flow hood is one of the devices that can shield the operator from the product shield. Its main purpose is to avoid product contamination. The air drawn from the clean room is then passed through the HEPA filter vertically through the operating area using a fan mounted in the top plenum to provide ISO 5 (level 100) unidirectional flow air to critical areas. The exhaust gas is discharged from below and returns to the clean room area. It is mainly composed of a box, a fan, a high efficiency air filter, a damping layer, a lamp, and the like.
The potting machine can perform nitrogen filling and sealing operations on several ampoules at the same time, and has a light emitting and receiving device. In automatic gear, it has the functions of bottle shortage and high parking. When manually controlling the file, the bottle can not be filled when the bottle is missing, and the wire clamp or the needle holder can be suspended at a high position.
The top of the potting machine comes with a 100-stage air purifying layer flow hood device, and the main unit and the bottle feeding belt can be continuously variable. Working principle of laminar flow cap filling and sealing machine: This machine adopts linear intermittent filling and sealing. The ampoule enters the infeed conveyor through the connecting plate, and then the auger is transferred to the auger by the conveyor belt, and the auger sorts the chaotic ampules and pushes them one by one into the segments. The fan-shaped block transmits the ampoule to the walking beam in a manner of several sets of ampoule, and the walking beam sends the ampoule to each station in an intermittent movement manner. The five stations are: front inflating station; filling station; post-inflating station; preheating station; wire drawing and sealing station. In the filling station, several filling pumps inject the liquid into the ampoule through the filling needle, and the loading can be adjusted by the hand wheel. In the preheating station, the ampoule rotates under the action of the roller, and the mixed combustion gas blown by the nozzle preheats it. At the top of the wire-sealing station, the top of the ampoule is further softened by heat, drawn by the wire drawing head, and finally sent to the conveyor belt. All of the above operations are completed under the protection of a hundred-level laminar flow hood.

 

2.GMP Laminar air flow hood advantages
