1. Laminar flow pass box description
The laminar flow pass box is mainly used in the biological clean area as the transfer of goods. The main application places are: bio-pharmaceuticals, scientific research units, disease control centers, large hospitals, university research, biological cleansing and application of various clean areas.
2. Clean laminar flow pass box basic performance repquirements
1). Cleanliness requirements in the laminar flow transfer window: Class B.
2). Inside and outside double-layer shell, the inner circumference of the arc treatment, to ensure seamless connection.
3). Laminar flow design is adopted, the airflow direction adopts the upper-feed-down mode, and the bottom adopts the 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate punching design, and the reinforcing rib is set.
4). Filter: The primary filter adopts G4, and the high efficiency filter adopts H14.
5). Wind speed: After the high-efficiency filter, the wind speed is controlled at 0.38-0.57m/s (tested 150mm below the high-efficiency airflow equalizer).
6). Differential pressure function: display filter pressure difference (range efficiency 0-500Pa / medium effect 0-250Pa), accuracy ± 5Pa.
7). Control function: fan start/stop button, configure built-in electronic door interlock; set UV lamp, design separate switch, when the two doors are closed, the UV lamp should be in the open state; set the lighting, design a separate switch .
8). The high-efficiency filter can be separately removed and installed from the upper box for easy maintenance and replacement of the filter.
9). Set the inspection port at the lower part of the transmission window for maintenance of the fan.
