1. Hepa unit description
Traditional HEPA Unit is bald, it diffuse the air unevenly, make the air current in whirlpool. So dust can't be brought out by the air current, this will cause a bad effect to the purification for the clean room, and the cost also will be high. We had worked over for a long time to improve this weakness and then design this newest HEPA Unit. The structure can produce perfect air current and bring out the dust from the clean room in maximum, but the air current is still even. It is more effective to improve the purification than before.
These series are terminal filter equipments of purification workshop, the shell is made of premium cooled steel plate, static on the surface by spraying; HEPA filter airflow outlet maintain the qulity, the flow and the direction of the air and prevent eddy current from happening; great appearance; less investment; simple structure.

2.Hepa box Feature
1). Hepa box with diffuser
The opening of the diffuser plate is generally 8mm, and the diffuser plate has a convex structure, which has a good diffusion effect on the clean air flow.
2). Hepa box with flat diffuser
The diffuser plate of this air supply port is on a flat surface, and an oblique slit air outlet is provided at the periphery, and a round hole group with an aperture of about 3 mm is set in the middle.
3), Insulation air outlet
In the clean room, the supply air temperature in summer is lower than the indoor temperature, and in winter, it is generally effective in the indoor temperature. Therefore, the wall surface of the air outlet must be heat treated to ensure that the air supply parameters meet the design requirements. The heat insulation air outlet is on the inner wall of the static pressure box inside the air outlet of the HEPA filter, and the insulation material that meets the requirements is adhered to the insulation material. The outside is covered with a thin galvanized steel sheet to prevent dust from falling from the insulation.
4), Side supply air and vertical supply air
These two kinds of air outlets are widely used in the project. The requirements of the top air inlet have a large installation space, that is, there should be more space above the ceiling, and the air flow in the static pressure chamber is diffused. Better, this air outlet is suitable for new construction or high-rise buildings.
Side air inlet, inlet airflow in the static pressure box to turn, the diffusion performance is not as good as the top air inlet, but the required installation space is small, the height of the ceiling sandwich can be installed to 800MM, so it It is suitable for low-rise buildings, especially when existing buildings are converted into clean rooms. However, the inlet flanges should be made detachable. Otherwise, they cannot be installed in the ceiling mounting holes.
