Ultra-fine glass fiber paper is used as the filter material, offset paper, aluminum film and other materials are used as the partition plate, and it is made of wood frame aluminum alloy. It is made of special silicone rubber, has no odor, and the surface will not harden. Cracks, chemical stability, corrosion resistance, can absorb the stress generated by thermal expansion and contraction without cracking, moderate hardness, elastic recovery. Each unit has been tested by the sodium flame method, with high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large dust holding capacity.
1).Media: Ultra-fine fiberglass filter paper.
2).Frame: Aluminum alloy, wood, galvanized or stainless steel.
3).Structure: Box type, single header or double flanges.
4).Separator: Aluminum or paper foil.
5).Sealant: Polyurethane or temperature resistant gel.
6).Temperature: 90°C-350°C in continuous service.
1).Filter efficiency ranges from F8 to H14.
2).High eff. H13: traps 99.99% or higher of 0.3μm particles.
Sub-high eff. E10: traps 95% or higher of 0.5μm particles.
Medium eff. F8: traps 80% or higher of 1.0μm particles.
3).Adopt special folding machine for manufacturing.
4).Use special fiberglass filter paper as the filter media, good stability of filtration efficiency.
5).Use special aluminum foil or offset paper as separator.
6).Double side retainers, protect the filter material, with good strength.
7).Each filter is tested according to EN1822:2009
