Weighing Booth, Dispensing Booth, Sampling Booth for GMP is mainly used in the latest version of GMP for the production of sterile preparations. It provides a vertical unidirectional airflow, and some (80%-90%) clean air circulates in the working room,for weighing,dispensing pharmaceutics,sampling etc. 10%-20% is discharged to the nearby area to create a negative pressure in the work area, prevent cross-contamination to ensure a high cleanliness environment . It is composed of work area, return air box and fan box cabinet, etc. The control panel is equipped on the front of working side.which can start the device, adjust air speed and working conditions. It has differential pressure gauges, buzzers and wind speed sensors to test the real-time resistance of the filters, failure alarm and real-time speed in the work area.

Working Principle
The fan will suck and pull the air to HEPAfilter(H14 HEPA filter),which captures the dustand particles. The HEPA filtered air will bedistributed in unidirectional form into theworking zone
The downflow of air will carry the dustgenerated during powder processing into apre-filter.After pre-filtered, the air will gothrough a fine filter (F8 filter) and is typicallyre-circulated.
+ The HEPA-filtered air is divided into 2 parts.-90% of the air flows through a diffuser andforms a vertical laminar flow into the workingzone
-10% of HEPA filtered air is bled out of thebooth through the air outlet to maintain theworking zone under negative pressure.minimizing airbome contamination breakout
